Yoga is an incredible tool for building physical and mental strength. In this 4 week series, you’ll be guided by Rebekah through a series of classes to help regain your power and ability to manage what comes your way. Join anything from just one class to the full experience.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAMME INCLUDE?
For 6 weeks, each Wednesday we’ll have a 45 minute class on Zoom. Every class will incorporate strength, mobility and breathing techniques.
Each week will have a different focus such as core strength, twists, arm balances and more. The series will be great for progressing your physical yoga practice and boosting your metabolism.
WHO IS THE PROGRAMME FOR?
>> Beginner-intermediate level, great for those trying to develop their yoga practice.
>> Pose modifications are offered for those with less yoga experience.
>> Great for those looking to diversify their fitness routine.
There will be a progression across the 6 weeks, so I recommend joining all classes if you can. You’re welcome to drop in on individual classes if this suits you better.
HOW to book
Single class – £6 – access to any single online class in the series.
4 class pack – £22 – access to any 4 online classes in the series .
Unlimited access – £35 – access to all 6 online classes and recordings.
Once you have bought a class or pack, you will receive an email with a Zoom code and password. Classes bought can be used at any point across the series.

*Where is it?
Online via the Zoom app. Those who have purchased tickets will receive the code and password to access the session.
*What will I need?
Ideally a yoga/exercise mat, but you can practise on any floor surface. Maybe a towel to mop up any sweat and some water.
*What to wear
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in.

*Will people see what I’m doing?
Only if you want them to! You are welcome to have your camera off and even a secret name if you want to be incognito.
*Do I need to be flexible?
Nope. Yoga is not about being flexible or doing advanced poses. It is about being guided by the breath and moving the body around in new ways. Often those who practice for a long time become more flexible but this is not a requirement for joining classes.
*What if something comes up and I can’t make the class?
All classes will be recorded and available for you to watch back at any time across the 4 weeks.
*I have purchased one class. Do I have to use this on a specific day?
No, your purchase will be eligible for one attendance of any class across the series.
