Rebekah is the founder of Pana Wellness. She is a medical student at King’s College London. Alongside her core studies, a strong interest in Lifestyle Medicine led her to complete optional modules in Nutrition and Mindfulness.
In 2018, she completed a degree in Phsyiology BSc (Hons) which facilitated a deeper understanding of the biological mechanisms of exercise and the cardiorespiratory system. She also won national awards for research in Neurosurgery and Anaesthetics.
During time out from her studies, Rebekah learnt the value of slowing down and engaging with mind-body practices. She spent a month abroad learning the history, philosophy and practices of Raja Yoga to then qualify as a teacher. Pana is a platform for her to share all she has learnt and support others to do the same.
