Next week Rebekah will be hosting a 10 minute movement series on IG live. Its only running for 5 days so challenge yourself to be there each morning and see how it transforms your day!

Virtual Galentineโs Event with Amica [ended]
Join Rebekah for a morning yoga session as part of the Amica Galentine’s event. We’ll flow through a vinyasa yoga sequence designed to nourish and energise you for the weekend ahead. Class starts at 9.30am on Saturday 13th February.
Amica is a women-only friendship app for solo travellers. It provides women with the opportunity to meet like-minded solo travellers,.
The event is free for the Amica community via their Facebook group. It looks like a wonderful group so definitely check them out!
