🟨 About The Italist Kitchen 🟨
The Italist Kitchen is a plant-based cuisine currently running every Saturday and available for catering events throughout the week. We serve all communities, specifically underserved ones, making food accessible and welcoming.
“Born out of a way of life as a Rastafarian tradition, Ital means healthy, protecting and revering to all life. Treating ones body as a temple means being conscious of the food we place in that temple. Seeing food for longevity. The taste of our food feels welcoming with no judgement, but a meal from people who want to share with the world what brings us harmony and unity.”
