Oaty Banana Pancakes

Breakfast inspiration for the Sunday before Christmas. Outrageously delicious and packed with energy.

Makes 6 pancakes


  • 100g (1 cup) of oats
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 TBSP self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 splash of milk
  • 1 tsp butter or oil to grease the pan


  1. blitz the eggs, milk, banana and half the oats in a blender until smooth
  2. add the rest of the oats, flour and cinnamon and stir until it’s mixed together
  3. leave the mixture to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes
  4. grease the frying plan with a little oil
  5. pour in the batter and cook on a medium heat until golden brown on each side
  6. top with ingredients and stack!

Topping ideas :

  • honey
  • peanut butter
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • banana
  • yogurt (Alpro coconut is a must)


Tip: add a dash more milk if too thick, and a tablespoon of flour if too runny
