This is the final Caribbean park yoga this summer so don’t miss out!
Treat yourself and relax in nature this weekend. Join us for a vinyasa yoga session in the lovely Ruskin park.
Unlike your everyday yoga class, this one will have a Caribbean twist. We’ll be flowing to smooth roots reggae music with handpicked tracks that channel calm and send your mind to white sand beaches.
This is a donation community class – just pay what you can. Yoga beginners and newbies welcome.
